Frequently asked questions

How is the Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp installed?

The Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp is designed for straightforward installation by a qualified electrician. It mounts directly to your existing junction box or wall connection using the included fittings. Once the base is fixed, the body of the light is secured in place and connected to your mains wiring. For safety and warranty reasons, we always recommend professional installation and that the power supply is switched off at the fuse box before any work begins.

How is the Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp shipped?

Every Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp is carefully checked, securely packed in protective foam and shipped in a reinforced carton to prevent damage in transit. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door.

Does the Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp provide enough light?

Yes. The Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp has been engineered to offer bright, comfortable illumination without harsh glare. Its integrated LED technology delivers efficient, even light that is ideal for everyday use. For most rooms, a single Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp is sufficient as the main light source; in larger or very dark spaces, you can combine it with floor or table lamps to create layered, cosy lighting.

Is the Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp dimmable?

Many versions of the Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp are compatible with dimmable circuits or include built-in dimming modes. Please check the product description for the exact variant you are ordering. When using an external wall dimmer, make sure it is suitable for LED lighting to avoid flicker or noise and to ensure smooth dimming performance.

Is there a warranty or money-back guarantee?

Yes. We stand behind the quality of the Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp. Every light comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults with the body, LED module and driver. If anything goes wrong within this period, you are covered.

On top of that, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the Japanese Paper Tripod Table Lamp in its original condition for a refund or exchange, in line with our returns policy. Your peace of mind matters to us before and after your purchase.
