Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, email us at support@verthara.com within 24 hours and we'll update or cancel it. Once shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and use our returns process.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout — 5% off 2 items, 10% off 3 items, and 15% off 4 or more. No code needed.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders across mainland UK. No minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 4–8 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Which couriers do you use?

We ship via Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD — all fully tracked and insured.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours at support@verthara.com. Once your order is in transit, changes aren't possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@verthara.com to start a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at support@verthara.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — you won't need to return the damaged item in most cases.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. It may take an additional 1–2 days for the amount to appear in your account.

Products & Quality

Are your lights safe and certified?

Yes. Every product we sell holds CE certification, meeting UK and European electrical safety standards.

Do your lights come with bulbs?

Most of our LED fixtures have integrated LED chips — no separate bulbs needed. For fixtures that require bulbs, this is clearly noted on the product page along with the recommended bulb type.

Do I need an electrician to install these lights?

For hardwired fixtures (ceiling lights, wall lights, pendants), we recommend installation by a qualified electrician. Plug-in and rechargeable products can be set up without professional help.

Are your outdoor lights waterproof?

Our outdoor lights are rated IP44 or IP65, meaning they're designed to withstand rain, dust, and general outdoor conditions. The specific IP rating is listed on each product page.
