Frequently asked questions

How is the Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control installed?

The Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control is designed for straightforward installation by a qualified electrician. It mounts directly to your existing junction box or wall connection using the included fittings. Once the base is fixed, the body of the light is secured in place and connected to your mains wiring. For safety and warranty reasons, we always recommend professional installation and that the power supply is switched off at the fuse box before any work begins.

How is the Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control shipped?

Every Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control is carefully checked, securely packed in protective foam and shipped in a reinforced carton to prevent damage in transit. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door.

Does the Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control provide enough light?

Yes. The Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control has been engineered to offer bright, comfortable illumination without harsh glare. Its integrated LED technology delivers efficient, even light that is ideal for everyday use. For most rooms, a single Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control is sufficient as the main light source; in larger or very dark spaces, you can combine it with floor or table lamps to create layered, cosy lighting.

Is the Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control dimmable?

Many versions of the Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control are compatible with dimmable circuits or include built-in dimming modes. Please check the product description for the exact variant you are ordering. When using an external wall dimmer, make sure it is suitable for LED lighting to avoid flicker or noise and to ensure smooth dimming performance.

Is there a warranty or money-back guarantee?

Yes. We stand behind the quality of the Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control. Every light comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults with the body, LED module and driver. If anything goes wrong within this period, you are covered.

On top of that, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the Vintage Rattan Table Lamp – Dimmable Touch Control in its original condition for a refund or exchange, in line with our returns policy. Your peace of mind matters to us before and after your purchase.
