SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping – All domestic orders within the UK, New Zealand and the USA qualify for free standard shipping.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

UK Transit Time: Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 4–8 working days (Monday to Friday).

USA Transit Time: Shipments to the United States typically take 5–9 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the location.

New Zealand Transit Time: Shipments to New Zealand typically take 5–9 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the location.

Australia Transit Time: Shipments to Australia typically take 5–9 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the location.

Germany Transit Time: Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 4–8 working days (Monday to Friday).

Italy Transit Time: Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 4–8 working days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT will be processed the same day.

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday).

DELIVERY TERMS

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and other trusted courier services for UK deliveries, and reliable logistics partners for deliveries to the USA.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to amend your delivery details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@verthara.com.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, you may request a cancellation. Once the order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service team straight away. If the parcel has been delivered while you were away, please email us with photos and we will advise on the next steps.
